In colonial New England, baked beans were traditionally cooked and left in brick ovens overnight. Molasses was then added to the beans to create the renowned Boston baked beans that we know today. This is our soup twist on this traditional dish, black turtle beans, haricot beans and black eyed beans have been combined, flavoured with a dash of Worcester Sauce and finished with Monterey Jack Cheese - once tried you'll be going back for more!
