Broccoli & Blue Cheese From: John Bagnall

A simple, uncomplicated soup that tastes delicious.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Potato
  • 1 Head of Broccoli
  • 2 pints of Chicken Stock
  • 115g Blue Cheese
METHOD
  1. Cook all the ingredients apart from the cheese until softened, blend all for a few minutes until smooth. Back into the pan and crumble in the cheese and cook until dissolved.
