Bacon & Lentil From: Jenny Cook

Easy and effortless, simply pop everything in a pot - boil - liquidise - done!

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 Avocados
  • 120g Cooked Chicken
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 25g Basil Leaves
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1/2 ltr Chicken Stock
METHOD
  1. Chop the bacon into small pieces, peel and roughly chop the potatoes and carrots.
  2. Add all the ingredients to a large saucepan.
  3. Bring to boil and then simmer for one hour stirring occasionally.
  4. Transfer to a blender and blitz. Serve warm.
