Avocado & Chicken From: Nia Co

Served cold this soup uses avocados and chicken to create a wholesome and delicious soup, perfect for a summers day.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 Avocados
  • 120g Cooked Chicken
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 25g Basil Leaves
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1/2 ltr Chicken Stock
METHOD
  1. Pop all your ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blizz until smooth.
  3. Cool in the fridge. Eat either hot or cold, enjoy on a summers day or warm gently.
