It's the start of summer so we are spicing things up a little! To create this flavoursome soup our chefs have taken inspiration from the recipe for a traditional salsa sauce, which was originally made in pestle & mortars by the Inca people. Juicy tomatoes, sweet red peppers & onions have been combined with chilli, lime juice & coriander and finished off with sweetcorn for a little twist on the traditional recipe.
